Alhambra Studio is a Singapore design and build studio. Our work spans F&B, wellness spaces and private residences — every step from first sketch to handover, under one roof.
Our team are operators. We've run restaurants, bars, wine programmes and wellness studios ourselves — which means we don't design spaces in the abstract. We design them for the way they'll actually be used: service flow, staff comfort, where the margins get made and lost, the way a kitchen runs at 8pm on a Saturday or a studio fills before a 7am class. That operator instinct runs through every brief, every drawing and every detail of the build.
We're a design company first. Concept and creative direction, space planning, materials, lighting, joinery and the full construction-ready drawing set all come out of the studio. We then build what we draw: demolition, fit-out, MEP, finishes and furniture, delivered as one continuous piece of work. The intent of the brief survives the construction process, the programme stays accountable to one team, and the project on the other side of handover — whether it's an operator opening a venue or a client moving into a home — is set up to begin well.
Our work tends toward warm, material spaces with a quiet sense of craft. Fewer, better moves: a continuous bar, a single piece of joinery, a banquette that holds the room. The detail matters because the rest of the design — and the business — depends on it.

A private residence in a SIT-era walk-up. The brief was to restore the apartment's original quietness — curved corner, tall windows, generous proportions — while threading in a contemporary kitchen, dining room and joinery that don't compete with the building.
